HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO LEARN TO PLAY PIANO?
There’s no definitive answer to how long it takes to learn piano. With regular practice, students can reach a basic level of playing within a few months. Many of our students continue taking lessons long-term because they enjoy the process and want to keep improving.
I DON’T HAVE ANY MUSICAL BACKGROUND OR ABILITY. CAN I STILL HELP MY CHILD PRACTICE?
Yes, even without a musical background, you can ask the teacher for advice on how to support your child’s practice. Simply ensuring they complete their exercises a set number of times each day will help them progress. Some parents also sit in on lessons to better understand how a song should sound or how their child should position their hands, offering further support at home.
