Payment Policy
For your first lesson, you'll only pay for that session to ensure your satisfaction. If you continue with weekly lessons, billing is monthly in advance, due on the 1st. For billing questions, please contact the school office, not individual teachers.
Lesson Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy:
To reschedule a lesson, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice. If a student needs to miss a lesson he/she may call the instructor to arrange a makeup lesson on an alternative day. If rescheduling is not possible, the teacher may extend upcoming lessons by 15 minutes for the next three weeks (applicable to a standard 45-minute lesson). For complete cancellation of all future lessons, please provide us with two weeks' notice.
