- Students will pay for lessons in advance for the entire month, at the beginning of the month.
- If a student cancels with less than 24 hours notice, he/she may lose the option to do a makeup lesson entirely (based on situation and prior missed lessons)
- If student cancels with more than 24 hours notice, he/she will be allowed a make-up lesson for that week. The make-up lesson must be scheduled at a time of the teacher and student’s mutual availability and must be completed in an appropriate amount of time.
- In the event the teacher needs to cancel a lesson due to illness or a special performance commitment, we will cancel with as much advance notice as possible and schedule a make-up lesson time at your convenience.
